Former chief minister of Maharashtra, manohar joshi ,dies at age of 86
manohar joshi is an Indian politician who has been associated with the Shiv Sena, a regional political party based in Maharashtra, India. Born on December 2, 1937, in a small village in Raigad district, Maharashtra, Joshi has held several significant positions in his political career.
He served as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra from 1995 to 1999, during which time he was instrumental in the implementation of various development projects and policies. Joshi was also the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, the lower house of India's Parliament, from 2002 to 2004.
